Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Three years' experience managing a multifamily or construction site.
  • Five years related to carpentry, plumbing, electrical, appliances, HVAC, and building systems.
  • Knowledge of USDA, HUD, REAC, and DHCR compliance.

Responsibilities

  • Schedules, coordinates, monitors, and performs maintenance, service requests, and repairs at the designated site.
  • Document maintenance activity and status updates.
  • Prepare apartments for future tenants with the Community Manager.
  • Maintain common areas, trash removal, and curb appeal.
  • Inspect and maintain equipment, vehicles, and tools; manage inventory.
  • Report incidents, injuries, and safety violations to supervisor.
