Job summary

Bach Team LLC in Billings, Montana is seeking a full-time Maintenance Technician to join our property management team. You will perform upkeep on apartments and grounds, assist with repairs, and prep units for occupancy while providing reliable customer service.

Ideal candidates have handyman skills, painting experience, knowledge of pool operation, and the ability to work on-call for emergencies. The role includes on-site work schedule Tue-Sat and benefits including medical, PTO, holidays, and

Qualifications

• Home repair or handyman skills required.
• Experience with painting.
• Knowledge of pool operation and maintenance.
• Willingness to assist with janitorial duties such as power washing and cleaning.
• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to be on call for maintenance emergencies.

Responsibilities

• Assist with maintenance improvement projects.
• Maintain upkeep and repair of the property and grounds.
• Assist with periodic inspections of the property and apartments.
• Prepare vacant apartments for occupancy.
• Complete seasonal maintenance such as maintaining sprinkling systems, pool area, and snow removal.

Foursite- Apartment Community is now seeking a full-time Maintenance Technician to join our team. Candidates must have good reasoning, problem-solving skills, excellent customer service skills, and a positive team-player attitude.

Maintenance Technician Responsibilities & Duties

• Assist with maintenance improvement projects
• Maintain the upkeep and repair of the property and grounds
• Assist with periodic inspections of the property and apartments
• Prepare vacant apartments for occupancy
• Complete seasonal maintenance such as maintaining sprinkling systems, pool area, and snow removal

Salary Information

$20 - $24Hourly Wage

Requirements

Maintenance technician skills:

• Home repair or handyman skills
• Experience with painting
• Knowledge of pool operation and maintenance

Schedule

The work schedule is Tuesday through Saturday.
