Position Summary

We are seeking an individual to perform all Preventative Maintenance and Machine Repairs within the manufacturing area using Work Instructions, Equipment Manuals, and Self-developed Procedures Join Resonetics and be part of a team that’s redefining medical device manufacturing. Responsibilities

• Visually inspects and can troubleshoot defective machinery and equipment. Dismantles machinery to install new or repaired parts.
• Performs preventative maintenance tasks as directed by Resonetics preventative maintenance software system.
• Using the preventative maintenance software system, must be able to create and close work orders within the established timeline.
• Confers with employees in other departments such as engineering or operations to provide technical information.
• Identify and recommend improvements to minimize downtime of equipment.
• Able to use all standard hand tools. Performs light machining and cutting using power tools.
• May be assigned other duties to assure the effective operations of the department or organization.

Required Qualifications

• High school graduate
• Basic computer experience
• Must possess solid mechanical and electrical troubleshooting abilities.
• Must demonstrate good oral and written communication skills.
• Must be extremely flexible regarding priority changes.

Individual must be fluent in speaking, reading and writing English. Must have the ability to read, analyze, and interpret procedure and/or safety manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions. Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed written or oral instructions.

Physical Demands

The physical demands are those commonly found in industry standards for Maintenance/Facility Technicians. Ability to lift up to [e.g., 50] pounds and perform physical tasks such as standing, walking, bending, stooping, kneeling, and climbing for extended periods.

Compensation

The compensation for this role is competitive and will be based on experience and qualifications. The anticipated range is $26 - $34/hr. For temp, temp-to-hire, and regular full-time positions, our company policy is that we are unable to provide visa sponsorship. Candidates must already be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship now or in the future.
