Apartment Management Consultants (AMC) is seeking a Maintenance Technician to maintain and repair the property buildings and grounds. You will handle daily repairs, prep vacant units, manage inventory, and ensure tools are ready for use while upholding safety policies.

Responsibilities include on-call duties, snow removal, securing the shop, and timely reporting of issues. AMC offers competitive pay and comprehensive benefits including 401K, holidays, and professional development.

Qualificações

• Experience in property maintenance/handyman.
• Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing and electrical.
• Proven ability to follow written or oral instructions.

Responsabilidades

• Perform daily repair and upkeep of the property and prep of vacant units.
• Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment.
• Ensure tools are on hand and in good condition.
• Report unusual or extraordinary circumstances regarding the property or residents.
• Maintain professional appearance and property uniform.
• Follow OSHA standards and company safety policies.
• Be available to work on an on-call basis.
• Secure the maintenance shop at close of day.
• Remove snow and ice as necessary.
• Handle lock-outs and respond within 24 hours.

We are currently seeking a Maintenance Technician!

Maintenance Technicians Maintain the efficient operation and upkeep of the property buildings and grounds in a supportive role.

Responsibilities include:

• Take responsibility for the daily repair and upkeep of the property and the preparation of vacant units for occupancy
• Maintain and keep an inventory of all supplies and equipment
• Ensure necessary tools are on hand
• Report unusual or extraordinary circumstances regarding the property or residents
• Maintain the required property uniform ensuring a professional appearance
• Be aware of and operate within OSHA (Occupational Safety & Health Act) standards and company safety policies at all times
• Be available to work on an on-call basis
• Secure the maintenance shop(s) at the close of every workday
• Remove snow and ice as necessary
• Handle all lock-outs as a result of evictions and take responsibility for 24-hour response to service requests

Requirements:

• Ability to operate various hand tools including power tools
• Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed written or oral instructions
• Knowledge in HVAC, plumbing, and electrical
• Property maintenance/handyman experience

Compensation: Full-Time $ 23.00 to $ 25.00 per hour
