Job summary

Ferrero is seeking a Maintenance Technician to keep our manufacturing operations running safely and efficiently. You will troubleshoot and repair industrial equipment, perform preventive maintenance, and respond to equipment issues to minimize downtime.

You will document maintenance work in SAP, communicate issues during shift handovers, and adhere to safety, quality and environmental standards while supporting improvements to reduce downtime.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least two years of industrial maintenance experience.
• Technical degree or trade certification preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Availability to work weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed.
• Strong mechanical troubleshooting and repair skills.

About the Role

Join our team as a Maintenance Technician and play an important role in keeping our manufacturing operation running safely and efficiently. You’ll troubleshoot and repair industrial equipment, perform preventive maintenance, and respond to equipment issues to minimize downtime. Working closely with production and other maintenance team members, you’ll help improve equipment reliability and support a safe, high-performing workplace.

The base compensation range for this position is $32.47/hr - $36.93/hr. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications, and other job-related factors permitted by law. This range represents the anticipated salary for this position at this time.

In addition to base salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plans, paid time off, and other benefits.
