Job summary

Brookdale Senior Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician to maintain and repair HVAC, elevator, fire and sprinkler systems, generators, landscapes, kitchen equipment and emergency pull cords across community facilities.

The role involves handling scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, completing general projects, and promptly responding to requests from directors and residents. Strong communication with authorities is expected.

• Maintenance Technicians will maintain scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on HVAC, elevator, fire and sprinkler equipment, generators, landscape, kitchen equipment and emergency pull cord equipment.
• They will also perform general maintenance projects as scheduled or assigned and respond to maintenance requests by community directors and residents in both private rooms and public living areas.
• They will maintain positive communication with local fire marshal, building inspector and any other jurisdictions governing the community.

Base pay in range will be determined by applicant\'s skills and experience. Temporary associates are not benefits eligible but may participate in the company\'s 401(k) program.
