Job summary

Acuity Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Maintenance Technician in Atlanta, GA. The role covers moving office furniture and warehouse materials, facility upkeep, snow removal, and basic dock/warehouse maintenance. You must lift 50 lbs, operate a floor scrubber, and perform audits using Excel and email tools.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on tool use, electrical/HVAC basics, and knowledge of preventive maintenance. Welding, lockout/tagout familiarity, and a proactive mindset are a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Hands-on use of hand tools/saws daily.
• Experience with preventative maintenance is preferred.
• Basic welding experience is a plus.
• Ability to install safety devices and perform repairs.

Key Tasks & Responsibilities (Essential Functions)

• Moving office furniture and warehouse material
• Ground facility and upkeep
• Snow removal and salting when necessary
• Perform manual material handling/manipulation of various parts and equipment
