Marquette Management Inc is seeking a Maintenance Technician in Arlington Heights, IL. The role focuses on keeping residents' living spaces clean and well maintained, performing repairs in units and common areas, and handling on-site upkeep and safety tasks.

The ideal candidate has prior maintenance experience (preferably in apartments or hotels), good customer service, and basic computer knowledge. Starting wage ranges from $22.00 to $25.00 per hour, with on-call availability and weekend

Qualifications

• Must have previous maintenance experience, preferably in apartment or hotel settings.
• Excellent customer service skills and general computer knowledge required.
• HVAC certification or EPA Universal preferred but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• General repairs to apartments and common areas.
• Vacant apartment preparation and cleaning.
• Snow and trash removal; emergency repairs as needed.
• Maintenance equipment and supplies ordering; record keeping.
• Moving appliances and deliveries as part of routine duties.
