Job summary

American Association Management, Inc. is seeking a motivated Maintenance Tech to handle grounds work and winter prep. You will operate our brand-new electric zero-turn mowers and maintain exterior common areas with minimal supervision.

We provide a truck and tools, a Monday–Friday schedule from 8:00 to 4:00, and fully paid health insurance. Ideal candidates wear a positive, can-do attitude and take pride in dependable, timely work.

• Driver's license and acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• All lawn care, trimming, mowing using our brand new electric zero-turn mowers and equipment.
