Job summary

Kinzler Construction Services is seeking a dependable Maintenance Technician to service our fleet of company vehicles and equipment. You will perform preventive maintenance, oil changes, inspections, and basic repairs to ensure reliability for field teams.

Qualifications

  • Experience performing vehicle maintenance or light mechanical repairs.
  • Knowledge of preventive maintenance practices.
  • Ability to diagnose basic mechanical issues.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
  • Ability to prioritize work and manage multiple repair requests.
  • Basic computer skills for completing work orders and documentation.
  • Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

  • Perform scheduled preventive maintenance on company vehicles and equipment.
  • Complete oil changes, fluid checks, filter replacements, tire inspections, and other routine maintenance.
  • Inspect vehicles and equipment for mechanical or safety concerns.
  • Perform basic mechanical repairs and replace common wear items.
  • Accurately complete maintenance records and work orders.
  • Verify all maintenance work is completed correctly before returning vehicles to service.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
  • Coordinate with Operations to prioritize vehicle and equipment needs.
  • Identify repairs requiring outside vendors and communicate recommendations.
  • Assist with maintaining inventory of parts, filters, fluids, and shop supplies.

Maintenance Technician (Fleet)

Kinzler Construction Services is seeking a dependable and detail-orientedMaintenance Technician to help keep our fleet of company vehicles and equipment operating safely and efficiently. In this role, you'll perform preventive maintenance, routine inspections, oil changes, light mechanical repairs, and basic troubleshooting on company trucks, vans, trailers, and equipment. You'll play an important role in minimizing downtime and ensuring our field teams have reliable vehicles and equipment to serve our customers. **Must be able to work 12:00pm-8:30pm.**

  • Perform scheduled preventive maintenance on company vehicles and equipment.
  • Complete oil changes, fluid checks, filter replacements, tire inspections, and other routine maintenance.

Requirements
  • Must be able to work 12:00pm-8:30pm.
  • Experience performing vehicle maintenance or light mechanical repairs.
  • Knowledge of preventive maintenance practices.
  • Ability to diagnose basic mechanical issues.
