Job summary

Berkshire Residential Investments is seeking a Maintenance Technician for our residential communities. You will maintain building systems, perform repairs, and ensure property curb appeal.

You are a reliable, customer‑oriented team player who takes pride in quality workmanship. The role requires at least one year of maintenance experience, knowledge of appliances, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and building maintenance, plus strong English and computer skills.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 1 year of experience maintaining a residential community.
• Knowledge of appliances, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and general building maintenance.
• Proficient in writing, speaking and understanding English.
• Ability to use computers and related applications.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive preservation of the property’s physical attributes.
• Support management in upholding community and corporate standards, policies and procedures.
• Ensure safety measures are enforced.
• Maintain shop, equipment, inventory control and security.
• Act as an inspector to maintain curb appeal and property appearance.
• Provide excellent customer service to residents and teammates.
