Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Two+ years in maintenance, mechanical repair, or related field.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and understanding of vehicle/forklift systems.
• Familiarity with preventive maintenance, inspections, and routine repairs.
• Basic understanding of hydraulic and electrical systems.
• Ability to read and follow equipment manuals and diagrams.
• Proficiency with hand and power tools, and basic diagnostics.
• Ability to document maintenance records and work orders.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Reliability with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance on company vehicles, forklifts, cranes, and related equipment.
• Conduct routine inspections to identify wear, damage, leaks, and safety hazards.
• Perform lubrication, fluid and filter changes, belt and hose replacements, and minor repairs.
• Inspect mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical components within procedures.
• Assist with troubleshooting and minor repairs; escalate complex issues.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and service histories.
• Communicate equipment status and maintenance priorities to supervisors.
• Support continuous improvement to reduce downtime and improve reliability.
• Complete ERP transactions for parts usage, work orders, and inventory.
• Follow safety policies including PPE, lockout/tagout, and rigging requirements.
