Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification preferred.
• Experience as maintenance technician in rubber/manufacturing preferred.
• Ability to read manuals, schematics and blueprints.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine preventive maintenance on rubber manufacturing equipment.
• Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues and implement solutions.
• Inspect machinery and address variances to maintain efficiency.
• Collaborate with production teams to minimize downtime.
• Maintain maintenance records and parts inventories.
• Assist with installation and commissioning of new equipment.
