Job summary

Paycom seeks a Maintenance Tech to repair and maintain CNC and PLC machinery, electrical systems, and conveyors. You will diagnose issues using manuals, test parts, and perform preventive maintenance to keep production on track.

Strong reading and writing in English, blueprint literacy, and experience with Mitsubishi and Fanuc software are preferred. The role requires 1–5 years of relevant experience, a high school or GED plus a technical degree/certification, and adherence to safety procedures.

Qualifications

• High School or GED plus 2-year technical degree/certification.
• 1–5 years’ experience in troubleshooting, maintaining, and repairing CNC machinery.
• Ability to read electrical circuits, blueprints, and engineering specifications.
• Fluent in reading and writing English.
• Ability to use measuring tools and test equipment.

Responsibilities

• Investigate equipment failures and diagnose faulty operation.
• Perform preventative maintenance on CNC, PLC, and conveyor systems.
• Disassemble, repair, and replace parts; test machines after repair.
• Maintain inventory of parts and supplies.
• Ensure safe work practices and OSHA training compliance.
