Job summary

Hubbell Incorporated in Oklahoma seeks a Maintenance Technician to upkeep production equipment, facilities, and grounds in compliance with laws and company guidelines. The role includes tools, training, and a safety-focused environment.

You will perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot, fabricate parts, manage inventory, and document maintenance activities. A background in mechanical systems, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and carpentry is preferred, with 3–5 years of experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical schooling preferred in maintenance.
• 3–5 years of related maintenance experience.
• Solid knowledge of mechanical systems, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and carpentry.
• Ability to read diagrams, manuals, and specs; basic math for measurements.
• Strong safety awareness and emergency response skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance on motors, conveyors, and production equipment.
• Troubleshoot malfunctions using diagrams and manuals; conduct root-cause analysis.
• Replace defective parts using hoists and tools; fabricate parts when needed.
• Minimize downtime; communicate status to production teams.
• Maintain inventories of parts and supplies; document activities and trends.
• Operate HMIs, VFDs, and PLCs; ensure equipment control reliability.
• Ensure safe, clean working environment per procedures and regulations.
• Support team objectives and cross-functional tasks as required.
