Job summary

Crown Health Care Laundry Services, a growing linen services company with plants in several states, seeks a Maintenance Technician to perform preventive maintenance and quick repairs to ensure continuous production.

The candidate will troubleshoot electrical systems, PLCs, and conveyors, support safety and quality initiatives, and assist in training new technicians. First/second shifts available with a flexible schedule and a fast-paced team environment.

Qualifications

• Two years electrical experience required.
• Strong communication skills.
• Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
• Keen acumen for safety and quality.
• Ability to access and navigate all areas of the facilities.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance on assigned equipment.
• Record daily meter readings, boiler chemistry, and sanitation data.
• Respond to maintenance calls during production hours.
• Repair machinery in a fast-paced environment with urgency.
• Assist in training new employees on correct machinery operation.
