TKO EMPLOYMENT SERVICES DELAWARE LLC seeks a Maintenance Technician at Wilbur Mansion in Bethlehem, PA. The role involves preventative maintenance, repairs, painting, and basic electrical/plumbing tasks to keep the property safe, clean, and welcoming for guests.

The position requires flexibility for varied schedules, including holidays and weekends, and physical capability to perform manual tasks. Strong focus on guest satisfaction and property upkeep will be essential to success.

Qualifications

• High School diploma and trade school coursework preferred.
• Previous maintenance experience or equivalent training required.
• Work schedule may include holidays, weekends, and alternate shifts.
• Requires standing for extended periods and manual lifting up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Assist with preventative maintenance and complete repairs as needed.
• Repair ceiling tiles, sheetrock, wallpaper, and wall coverings.
• Paint designated areas and items as required.
• Replace basic electrical fixtures and lighting components.
• Perform minor plumbing tasks.
• Support guest satisfaction and contribute to high guest satisfaction scores.
• Maintain curb appeal including snow removal, lawn care, and trash removal.
• Follow safety procedures and wear required PPE; comply with MSDS/OSHA standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Essential Job Functions:

• Assist with preventative maintenance and complete work orders related to replacing and repairing ceiling tiles, sheetrock and wallpaper.
• Install or repair sheet rock and other wall coverings.
• Paint designated areas and items.
• Replace basic electrical fixtures, light switches, receptacles, light bulbs and fixtures.
• Perform minor plumbing functions.
• Focus on guest satisfaction scores and work toward increasing departmental and overall guest satisfaction.
• Maintain the curb appeal including but not limited to snow removal, lawn care, gardening and trash removal.
• Practice safe work habits, wear protective safety equipment and comply with MSDS and OSHA standards.
• Perform other duties as requested by management.

Qualifications:

• Work schedule varies and may include working on holidays and weekends and alternate shifts.
• Requires standing for extended periods, walking, pushing, lifting up to 50 pounds, bending and reaching, kneeling, stooping, crawling and climbing.
