Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience as a Maintenance Technician at a manufactured or multi-family apartment community of 100+ units.
• Strong interpersonal skills to foster positive relationships with residents and team members.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Complete assigned work orders by diagnosing defects or problems and making repairs.
• Perform general park and facilities maintenance under minimal supervision.
• Contribute to occupancy goals and a quality living experience by performing maintenance tasks effectively.
