Job summary

Enterprise Mobility is seeking a Maintenance Tech / Light Duty Mechanic for our new Service Center at the Portland Jetport (PWM). You will service a multi-brand fleet with preventive maintenance and vehicle reconditioning, with no customer interaction.

Pay is $23/hour and you are paid for every hour worked, plus a $250 tool allowance upon hire. This full-time position offers a 40-hour week schedule and a robust Benefits Package including PTO, rental car discounts, a 401k with matching profit

Qualifications

• One year of mechanical experience in an automotive repair shop or automotive mechanical repair education.
• Ownership of standard hand tools to perform repairs and maintenance on current vehicles.
• Must be at least 18 years of age and have a valid driver's license.
• No drug or alcohol related convictions on driving record within the past 5 years (DUI/DWI).
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require sponsorship now or in the future.
• Must be able to complete a pre-employment drug test and will be subject to random drug and alcohol testing.

Responsibilities

• Perform complete vehicle maintenance inspection including tires, brakes, and all fluid levels.
• Perform preventive maintenance per manufacturer specifications (oil changes, tire rotations).
• Repair and replace tires; replace wearable parts (bulbs, wipers).
• Maintain repair history by documenting RO with steps and parts used.
• Comply with inventory tracking procedures and health, safety, and environmental standards.
• Maintain a safe, clean work area and adhere to uniform/equipment standards.
