Job summary

PAM Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Tavares is seeking a Maintenance Tech Lead to oversee preventive and general maintenance of the facility and its equipment. You will lead, train, and mentor other technicians to ensure safe, reliable operations in a healthcare setting.

Responsibilities include maintaining a safe environment for staff, patients, and visitors, and providing security coverage in the absence of a security officer, along with other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Five or more years of related experience and/or training; hospital maintenance experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and general maintenance and repair of facility and equipment.
• Lead, train and mentor other technicians to ensure quality work and safety.
• Maintain a safe environment for employees, patients and visitors; provide security in the absence of a security officer.
