Job summary

Concord Hospitality Enterprises is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our Engineering team at a Concord-managed hotel. You will help ensure all equipment and systems operate safely and efficiently, performing routine maintenance and repairs to support a comfortable guest experience.

You will assist with building projects, conduct preventive checks, and respond promptly to requests with professionalism. A hands-on, team-oriented mindset and focus on safety are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in general maintenance or facilities repair.
• Strong problem-solving with a hands-on approach.
• Knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems preferred.

We are hiring a Maintenance Technician to join our Engineering team!

In this role, you’ll be responsible for ensuring all hotel equipment and systems operate safely and efficiently. You’ll assist with preventative maintenance, repairs, and upkeep of the property’s facilities—helping to provide a safe, comfortable environment for our guests and team members.
