The Maintenance Person collaborates with the team to perform daily upkeep tasks, including fryer oil filtration, grounds maintenance, and routine cleaning of equipment and areas. This role requires reliability and commitment to safety standards.

Qualifications

• Maintenance role involves interior and exterior cleanliness and equipment upkeep.
• Ability to perform basic maintenance tasks and follow restaurant standards.

Responsibilities

• Filtering oil fryers daily
• Maintaining outside grounds
• Clean equipment, inside/outside windows, stock rooms and restrooms
• Unload delivery truck 2 times a week
• Take out and empty trash compactor
• Change light bulbs
• Clean HVAC/Exhaust units and roof of debris
