Job summary

Action Property Management in Irvine, CA is seeking a Maintenance Technician II for a temporary assignment. You will upkeep and repair common areas within the Association, including patching, painting, wallpaper repair, and cleaning engineering spaces, with hands-on training and potential progression to a full-time Building Engineer.

Schedule is Tuesday through Saturday, 9:00 am to 5:30 pm. Requires at least 1 year of maintenance experience (hospitality or property management preferred), must be

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of Maintenance experience, preferably in hospitality or property management.
• Must be at least 18 years of age and pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening.
• Hands-on experience or coursework in HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Painting, and Drywall is highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair common areas within the Association, including patching and painting, wallpaper repair, and cleaning engineering spaces.
• Assist with emergency preparedness and response (floods, fires, power outages, earthquakes).
• Hands-on training provided with potential advancement to a full-time Building Engineer role.

Action is seeking a full-time Maintenance Technician II to join our Marquee Park Place team in Irvine, CA. This is a temporary assignment.

Compensation:

$23.00 $25.00

$23 - $25 an hour

Schedule:

Tuesday through Saturday, 9:00 am-5:30 pm

What You’ll Do (Job Duties)

The Maintenance Technician, supervised by the Chief Building Engineer, ensures upkeep and repair of common areas within the Association. Responsibilities include patching and painting, wallpaper repair, and cleaning engineering spaces. They also handle emergency preparedness and response, addressing issues such as floods, fires, power outages, and earthquakes promptly. Continuous hands-on training is provided to support these duties, with a focus on potential advancement to a full-time Building Engineer role.

Who You Are (Skills/Experience)

• Minimum of 1 year of Maintenance experience, preferably in hospitality or property management.


• Must be at least 18 years of age and pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening.
