Job summary

Concord Hospitality Brand in Houston is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our engineering team. You will perform routine repairs and preventive maintenance to keep all hotel equipment in optimal condition.

You will assist the Chief Engineer with building and grounds upkeep, and ensure a safe environment for guests and staff by adhering to safety standards. A team player who can support other departments as needed is valued.

Qualifications

• Experience in building maintenance or hotel facilities preferred.
• Knowledge of safety procedures and emergency protocols.
• Ability to work flexible shifts and respond to guest needs.

Responsibilities

• Maintain equipment in good working order with routine repairs and preventative maintenance.
• Assist the Chief Engineer on building and grounds maintenance.
• Provide a safe environment for guests and staff by following safety standards.
• Provide professional courteous service to guests and accommodate requests.
• Be a team player and assist other departments as needed.
• Be familiar with emergency procedures and Job Safety Analysis guidelines.
