Job summary

MM Management Consultant seeks a full-time maintenance technician for a 3rd shift (11 PM - 8:30 AM EST) in Youngsville, NC. Requires 5–10 years in a maintenance manufacturing environment with automation and troubleshooting experience, preferably with Allen-Bradley PLCs. Requires reading and following safety instructions, blueprints, and SOPs.

Injection molding facility experience is a must. Conveyors and PLCs are central to the role.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a maintenance manufacturing environment.
• Basic automation and troubleshooting experience (Allen Bradly plc).
• Excellent trouble-shooting and math skills.
• Ability to read, understand, and follow safety information, operating instructions, blueprints, schematics and drawings, and procedure manuals.
• Must Have: Conveyors, PLCs and general facilities maintenance (injection molding facility).
• Entry-level candidates are acceptable if they have this background.
