Nuuly is seeking a Maintenance Technician II to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain automated systems, conveyors, and facility equipment. This mid-level role serves as a primary responder to equipment issues and supports preventive maintenance and reliability initiatives.

The position requires a strong mechanical aptitude, reliable problem-solving skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Shift availability includes Wednesday–Saturday with two time options.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of industrial maintenance experience.
• Experience with automation, conveyors, electrical and mechanical systems.
• Ability to read schematics and perform basic PLC troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with CMMS systems.

Responsabilités

• Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical equipment (up to 480V).
• Maintain motors, VFDs, sensors, gearboxes, bearings, and pneumatics.
• Troubleshoot automation systems (conveyors, sortation, ASRS, packaging).
• Resolve jams, sensor faults, and minor electrical/pneumatic failures.
• Perform preventive maintenance and system calibrations.
• Read and interpret electrical schematics; perform basic PLC/HMI diagnostics.
• Document work orders and maintenance activities in CMMS.
• Identify equipment issues and support continuous improvement and RCA efforts.
• Collaborate with team members, vendors, and support staff; assist junior technicians.

Role Summary

The Maintenance Technician II is a mid-level technician responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining automated systems, conveyors, and facility equipment. This role serves as a primary responder to equipment issues and supports preventive maintenance and reliability initiatives. Success requires reliability, a strong mechanical aptitude, and a willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.

Shift Availablity:

Wednesday - Saturday; 6:00am to 4:30pm

Wednesday - Saturday; 4:00am to 2:30pm

Role Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical equipment (up to 480V)
• Maintain motors, VFDs, sensors, gearboxes, bearings, and pneumatic systems
• Troubleshot automation systems (conveyors, sortation, ASRS, packaging equipment)

Role Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent (technical training preferred)
• 2+ years of industrial maintenance experience
• Experience with automation, conveyors, electrical, and mechanical systems
• Ability to read schematics and perform basic PLC troubleshooting
• Familiarity with CMMS systems

Physical Requirements

• Stand and walk throughout a shift
• Climb, balance, kneel, crouch, or crawl for extended periods
• Reach, pull, push, and lift freight and other objects of various shapes, sizes, and weights up to 50 pounds
• Operate warehouse equipment safely as required for the position (i.e. pallet jack, box cutter, carts) which requires coordinated movements
