Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Repair minor electrical problems and high voltage issues.
• Provide minor carpentry and plumbing repairs.
• Monitor inventory of maintenance supplies and facilitate orders.
• Perform repairs on vacant units and assist in painting.
• Implement routine preventive maintenance schedules.
• Inspect property for safety hazards regularly.
