Job summary

Mastronardi Produce Ltd. is seeking a maintenance technician to support plant operations in a refrigerated warehouse environment. You will perform scheduled maintenance, manage tools and parts, and work with a team to keep production running smoothly.

The role requires knowledge of electrical, carpentry, and plumbing, plus a willingness to travel and operate at heights. A high school diploma or equivalent and prior maintenance experience are required.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for plant and building maintenance set forth by the facility maintenance manager.
• Follows plant maintenance procedures and preventive maintenance schedule.
• Insures equipment, tools, and spare parts are accounted for and secured when not in use.
• Participates in preventative, predictive and emergency maintenance at facility.
• Maintains spirit of teamwork and productivity among maintenance personnel.
• Maintains qualifications through ongoing training programs of new and existing equipment.
• Ensures efficient and reliable maintenance of the plant for optimized production levels.
• Supports optimization of plant equipment through corrective/preventative maintenance and new methods.
• Performs routine maintenance and preventative maintenance procedures.
• Ensures materials and supplies are available to complete daily assigned maintenance.
• Follows tool control and inventory program to support routine maintenance.
• Requires a highschool diploma or equivalent.
• Previous related work experience required.

Primary Responsibilities

• Follow tool control and inventory program to support routine maintenance.

Working Conditions

• Environment includes a refrigerated warehouse, where the temperature averages 50°F. The background noise approaches 70 dcbs.
• Must be capable of lifting up to 30 lbs.

Salary Range: $23-27 /hour - competitive salary based on experience
