Responsibilities

• Grounds maintenance: mowing grass, weeding, raking leaves, pruning trees, shoveling snow and debris from sidewalk.
• Building maintenance: clean, dust-free, well-lit indoor facilities; turning apartments for new tenants; cleaning and disinfecting bathrooms daily.
• Maintenance of lighting fixtures, routine repairs, and inventory of supplies; respond to issues and coordinate with vendors.
