Job summary

Ballantyne Country Club, Inc. seeks a dependable Part-Time Maintenance Technician/Handyman to help maintain the club’s facilities and grounds in Charlotte, NC. The role reports to the Facilities Director and supports general upkeep, repairs, and preventive maintenance.

There is both part-time and full-time availability. The position offers a pay range of $18–$22 per hour, with 401(k) eligibility after one year and after 1000 hours of service as a potential benefit.

Qualifications

• General knowledge of plumbing, carpentry, HVAC and painting.
• Ability to perform basic repairs and preventive maintenance.
• Willingness to assist with grounds and facility upkeep as needed.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on club facilities and grounds.
• Assist with plumbing, carpentry, HVAC and painting tasks as assigned.
• Support the Facilities Director in daily operations and upkeep.
