Job summary

St. Joseph's Village in Ypsilanti, MI, part of Trinity Health Senior Communities, is seeking a Maintenance Tech to maintain buildings and assist with daily operations.

Qualifications

• Experience with electrical, plumbing or HVAC preventative maintenance.
• Ability to perform routine repairs and coordinate moving equipment.

Responsibilities

• Respond to and complete work order requests in a timely and satisfactory manner.
• Perform repairs and preventative maintenance on building systems (electrical, plumbing, HVAC) and assist with painting or new construction as directed.
• Complete routine repairs including replacing damaged windows, repairing fixtures or appliances.
• Safely coordinate and move furniture, possessions, and large equipment of residents or the facility.
• Assist in monitoring and reporting the status of departmental equipment and supplies.

Maintenance Tech Responsibilities

• Respond to and complete work order requests in a timely and satisfactory manner
