Job summary

Advanced Asset Management has a fabulous opportunity for a skilled and dedicated Maintenance Tech for our properties in San Antonio/San Marcos, Texas.

The successful candidate will perform general maintenance tasks across communities, troubleshoot HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliance systems, and support a customer-focused team. EPA certification is a plus, and background verification is required. Equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years general maintenance experience.
• EPA certification (a plus).
• A customer-focused attitude and be a supportive team player.
• The ability to troubleshoot and repair HVAC equipment, plumbing systems, electrical systems, major appliances, pool and spa equipment, and other systems in operation at the community.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair HVAC equipment, plumbing, electrical systems, appliances, pool and spa equipment across communities.
• Troubleshoot and repair systems to ensure safe and efficient operation.
• Collaborate with maintenance team to meet property needs and tenant satisfaction.
