Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
• 3-5 years experience in A/C, Refrigeration or General Maintenance field.
• Must drive a company vehicle to different store locations within the division.

Responsibilities

• Maintains Facilities with light electrical, plumbing and carpentry.
• Provides general maintenance support for painting, repairs and interiors.
• Maintains store equipment by troubleshooting and preventive maintenance.
• Contact service vendors for materials to facilitate repairs.
• Document and communicate actions and needs to ensure team continuity.
• Participate in training for existing and new equipment.
• Contribute to team effort by achieving related results.
