Job summary

Elm Terrace Gardens in Lansdale, PA, is seeking a Maintenance Technician to uphold high standards of safety and comfort for residents. The role includes routine inspections, repairs, and coordination of preventive maintenance across building systems.

You will maintain records, support safety inspections, and assist with event setup, working Monday through Friday 7:30 am–4:00 pm with one weekend per month. The ideal candidate has proven maintenance experience, solid electrical/plumbing knowledge,

• Proven experience in maintenance, facilities management, or a related field.
• Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and general repair techniques.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues efficiently.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer service-oriented attitude.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Physical ability to perform manual tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred.

• Respond promptly to maintenance requests from residents and staff, ensuring timely resolution
