Job summary

Continental Carbonic Products is seeking Manufacturing Team Members for our plant in Clearfield, PA. You will support production to maintain productivity, quality, and safety, with typical shifts from 7AM-7PM or 7PM-7AM (3.5 days per week).

Starting wage is $20 per hour with a $2 per hour night differential. Benefits for full-time employees include paid vacation, holidays, a 401(k) with company match, and comprehensive insurance options.

Qualifications

• Must be able to frequently lift 30 lbs and bend, twist, reach.
• Must stand for 12-hour shifts in a non-climate-controlled environment.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively on a team.
• Strong attention to detail with focus on quality.
• Must successfully pass pre-employment drug screening and background check.

Responsibilities

• Pack and wrap ice to customer specifications.
• Shovel and package dry ice during manufacturing.
• Label, strap, and stage dry ice for loading.
• Clean and sanitize large industrial containers.
• Safely operate forklift and perform general housekeeping.
• Adhere to Safety 5S principles and contribute to a safe work environment.
• Other manufacturing/production duties as assigned.

MANUFACTURING TEAM MEMBER - CLEARFIELD, PA

Continental Carbonic is looking for Team Members for our manufacturing plant in Clearfield, PA. Our Team Members are responsible for providing support to achieve optimal levels of productivity, quality, and safety. Typical hours are either 7AM-7PM OR 7PM-7AM, 3.5 days a week (40 hours) - exact days depend on shift assignment.

Starting Wage: $20/hour with $2/hour Night Shift Differential.

Responsibilities:

• Packing and wrapping ice to customer specifics
• Shoveling and packaging dry ice during the manufacturing process
• Labeling, strapping, and staging of dry ice for loading
• Cleaning and sanitizing large industrial containers
• Safe forklift operation
• General industrial housekeeping activities
• Safety for yourself and others
• Observation of 5s Safety Principles
• Other manufacturing/production-related duties as assigned
