Job summary

TotalEnergies Group in Livingston, TN is seeking a Painter Technician to maintain and improve building and facility appearances through painting, surface prep, and routine maintenance.

You will work with ladders or lifts, handle inventory, and support plant operations while following safety and quality standards. Overtime may be required, and basic computer skills with MS Office are helpful.

Building Maintenance – Painter Technician

What You'll Do

• Perform painting and surface preparation to maintain buildings, equipment, and facility appearance
• Complete preventative and responsive building maintenance tasks
• Perform remodeling as needed
• Work from ladders and lifts when needed
• Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in a safe and organized condition

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in commercial, industrial, or facility painting preferred
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong attention to detail and pride in quality craftsmanship
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Valid driver's license
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and email
• Ability to read work instructions and perform basic math calculations
• Willingness to work overtime when needed

Physical Requirements

• Frequently lift up to 35 lbs.; occasionally up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, climb, and work from elevated platforms
• Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment
