Fulson Asset Management Company LLC is seeking a Property Maintenance staff to perform a variety of upkeep tasks across multiple properties. Duties include plumbing, electrical, drywall, painting, and appliance repairs, with responsibility for safety and adherence to UPSC standards.
The role requires basic carpentry knowledge, a valid driver’s license, and at least 1 year of janitorial experience. You will coordinate with the Property Manager to maintain curb appeal and occupancy readiness.
The Property Maintenance is responsible to perform installation, repair, and upkeep services in a variety of workplace settings. Maintains efficient operation and upkeep of the property buildings and grounds daily.
EDUCATION/CERTIFICATION: High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE: Knowledge of maintenance procedures. Basic knowledge of carpentry.
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: At least 1 year of janitorial experience preferred. Valid driver’s license is required.
SKILLS/ABILITIES: Mechanical aptitude, communication skills, multi-tasking, attention to detail, organization, ability to work under deadlines to meet goals, problem solving, use of tools and equipment.
