Job summary

Qualifications

• One-year certificate or equivalent; ability to read and interpret technical information.

• Experience in a manufacturing environment with electrical understanding, pumps, schematics, and GMP knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Participate with reliability and maintenance teams to improve safety, quality, delivery, and cost.
• Learn and execute Precision Maintenance techniques and other reliability procedures.
• Technical troubleshooting with experienced maintenance personnel.
• Maintenance training participation and documentation using CMMS.
• Maintain records and support RCA and Reliability Centered Maintenance activities.
• Promote Michael Foods culture, values, and safety.

Responsibilities

• 3rd Shift, 10pm to 6:30am
• Sign on Bonus Available - Minimum $2,000

SUMMARY

The Maintenance Technician L1 provides both Maintenance and Reliability services within the plant, executing with excellence and assisting with asset health improvement efforts. Responsibilities include executional excellence of facility preventive and corrective maintenance programs, troubleshooting, equipment installation, startups, and process improvement projects. Must be a self-starter and comply with Safety work rules and Food Safety & Quality policies. Must be available to work weekends and holidays as necessary.
