Job summary

Crane Currency is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Technician to support the reliability and performance of manufacturing equipment and facility operations. This role emphasizes mechanical troubleshooting, preventative maintenance, and repair in a fast-paced production setting.

You will work with experienced technicians to keep production running safely and efficiently while building your technical skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or commensurate experience.
• Two to five years of maintenance experience in manufacturing environment.
• Ability to read, write, and maintain records.
• U.S. citizenship and suitability for public trust due to government contract requirements.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair production equipment and facility systems (presses, coaters, slitters, HVAC, wastewater).
• Support proactive and reactive maintenance to ensure safety and efficiency.
• Perform preventative maintenance with production/engineering teams.
• Coordinate wastewater treatment plant procedures with production demands.
• Serve on Safety Committee or as contract person for security/fire alarm response.

Maintenance Technician Manufacturing

Crane Currency is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Technician to support the reliability and performance of manufacturing equipment and facility operations. This role focuses on mechanical troubleshooting, preventative maintenance, and equipment repair in a fast‑paced production setting.

You'll work alongside experienced technicians to keep production running safely and efficiently, while continuing to build your technical skills.

This is a hands‑on, long‑term role with strong stability, competitive pay, and growth opportunity. Second shift is Monday through Friday 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM. We offer competitive pay rate based on experience, annual incentive bonus, and a 15% shift differential.

How you will make an impact:

A Maintenance Technician, you'll maintain, troubleshoot, and repair a wide range of equipment that supports our world‑class production operation, ensuring the reliability of presses, coaters, slitters, HVAC units, wastewater systems, and other essential machinery.

• You will support manufacturing equipment needs in both a proactive and reactive function
• You will maintain the inside and outside of the facility in a safe and efficient manner.
• Perform preventative maintenance tasks with production and engineering personnel.
• Coordinate the wastewater treatment plant procedures and schedules to accommodate the production demands.
• Be willing to serve on the Safety Committee and/or be a designated contract person for security and fire alarm response.

Knowledge and expertise that matter most for this role

• High school diploma or commensurate experience.
• Two to five years of maintenance experience working on production equipment and facility repairs along with PMs within a manufacturing environment.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen with an ability to demonstrate and maintain suitability for employment in a position of Public Trust consistent with our US Government contract requirements.
• Must be able to read, write, keep neat and accurate records, and follow written and verbal instructions.
