As a Maintenance team member, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our facility in Joliet, IL. Your primary goal will be to maintain and repair equipment, machinery, and systems to minimize downtime and maximize productivity. You will work closely with other team members to ensure that all maintenance tasks are completed in a timely and efficient manner.

Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2+ years of experience in maintenance or a related field
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field
