Concord Hospitality Enterprises is seeking a 2nd Shift Maintenance Technician 2 to join the Engineering team. You will ensure hotel equipment and systems operate safely and efficiently, perform preventive maintenance, and assist with repairs and upkeep of the property.

You will work with a team to provide a safe, comfortable environment for guests and colleagues, respond promptly to maintenance requests, and support other departments while following safety procedures.

Formación

• Experience in general maintenance, facility repair, or a similar role.
• Strong problem-solving with a hands-on approach.
• Basic knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems preferred.
• Reliable, team-oriented, and customer-focused with a positive attitude.

Responsabilidades

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs to keep equipment and facilities in top condition.
• Assist the Chief Engineer with building and grounds projects.
• Conduct preventative maintenance checks and maintain safety standards.
• Respond promptly to guest requests and maintenance issues with professionalism and courtesy.
• Support other departments when needed and follow all emergency and safety procedures.
