You will perform daily inspections, minor repairs, and basic troubleshooting under supervision, follow safety procedures, and contribute to accurate logs and maintenance records while growing your skills through training programs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training is a plus.
• Basic understanding of hand tools and power tools.
• Ability to follow instructions and work well in a team.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
• Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks as needed.
• Basic knowledge of electrical, mechanical, or plumbing systems is preferred.
• Previous experience in a maintenance or similar hands-on role.

Responsibilities
