Job summary

Cypress Pointe Rehabilitation Center in Wilmington, NC, is seeking a Maintenance Assistant to join our team. You will maintain and repair facility equipment, perform routine inspections, troubleshoot mechanical issues, and supervise contractors on projects.

Qualifications

• Strong mechanical knowledge and aptitude.
• Experience with facilities maintenance and repair.
• Familiarity with logic controllers and electrical systems.
• Proficient in English, both written and verbal.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics.
• Basic welding skills preferred.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Leadership skills to supervise contractors and vendors during maintenance projects.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the maintenance and repair of facility equipment and systems.
