Keystone Automotive Operations, Inc. is seeking a dependable Maintenance Technician to join our Ocoee, FL team.

You will complete maintenance requests, support preventative maintenance, monitor facility systems, and assist with special projects while coordinating work by outside contractors. The role requires teamwork, welding and forklift maintenance experience, attention to detail, and strong communication with vendors and leaders.

Qualifications

• Ability to work cooperatively in a team environment.
• Welding experience is required or highly preferred.
• Forklift maintenance experience is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work.
• Effective communication with coworkers, leaders, vendors and contractors.
• Flexibility to work variable schedules, including weekends.
• Prior painting, sanding, and machining experience preferred.

Maintenance Technician

Keystone Automotive Operations, Inc. is seeking a dependable, hands-on Maintenance Technician to join our Ocoee, FL team. In this role, you’ll help keep our facility, equipment, and building systems operating safely and efficiently while supporting the overall upkeep and day-to-day needs of the location.

About the Role

As a Maintenance Technician, you will complete assigned maintenance service requests, support preventative maintenance activities, monitor facility systems, and assist with special projects as directed. You’ll also help coordinate work performed by outside contractors and communicate promptly with leaders about unusual occurrences, damage, or facility concerns.

What We’re Looking For

• Ability to work cooperatively with others in a team environment
• Welding experience
• Forklift maintenance experience
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in work assignments
• Ability to communicate effectively with coworkers, leaders, vendors, and contractors
• Flexibility to work variable schedules, including weekends, as business needs require
• Prior painting, sanding, and machining experience preferred

Work Environment

• Must be able to stand for long periods, sit, walk, push, pull, bend, and climb throughout the workday
• Must be able to regularly move and lift up to 75 pounds
• Must be comfortable climbing ladders and stairs
• Must be able to work at heights greater than 15 feet
• Candidates should not have lifting restrictions and must be comfortable working at heights
