Work environment

Work in all seasons of weather conditions. May be exposed to hazards from cleaning chemicals , use of tools and power equipment.

Physical demands

Physical demands include a variety of movements, such as stooping, bending, kneeling, lifting, standing, walking, climbing, Twisting, stretching and reaching. Repeated pushing, pulling and lifting 75 pounds, occasionally more.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Previous Maintenance experience in hospital or similar setting. Previous experience with HVACsystems, electrical and mechanical systems, as well as general building and structural knowledge.
