The Salvation Army Golden State Divisional Headquarters Property Department is seeking a Maintenance Tech to oversee day-to-day building operations and keep the property clean and well-maintained in accordance with safety standards.
Responsibilities include minor repairs (plumbing, electrical, painting), HVAC monitoring, and coordinating with the Property Manager on priorities. Proactive safety and accurate reporting via mobile devices are essential.
The Maintenance Tech is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the building and maintains the physical asset of the property in a clean and sanitary condition under the direction of the Property Manager. The Maintenance Tech may perform a wide range of basic repair tasks around the facility which may include identifying and fixing safety hazards, monitoring the HVAC systems for continued operation, and performing plumbing, electrical, and other minor repairs.
