• Regular Inspections: Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify and resolve issues.
• Maintenance Tasks: Perform general maintenance tasks including painting, carpentry, plumbing, and

• Repairs: Conduct minor and major repairs on building structures and systems, including plumbing,
• electrical, controls, HVAC, and mechanical systems.
• Preventive Maintenance: Perform preventive maintenance to avoid potential breakdowns and
• malfunctions.
• Equipment Management: Install and set up new equipment, machinery, and maintain an inventory of
• repair equipment and supplies.
• Safety Compliance: Ensure adherence to quality standards and health and safety regulations.
• Documentation: Document all installation, repair, and maintenance activities.
