Job summary

100Hires, Inc. is seeking an experienced Industrial Maintenance Technician for a high-volume manufacturing facility on the 3rd shift.

You will troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production equipment to maximize uptime and ensure safe, reliable operations. Responsibilities include diagnosing electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and PLC issues, performing preventive maintenance, and coordinating with outside contractors to minimize disruption.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3+ years of mechanical and/or electrical maintenance in industrial/manufacturing machinery, or 5 years of equivalent experience.
• Ability to read P&IDs, electrical schematics, mechanical diagrams, equipment manuals, and machine layout drawings.
• Experience in at least two areas: Electrical systems, Mechanical systems, Refrigeration, Plumbing, or Food-manufacturing process controls.
• Must be at least 18 years old and able to work 3rd shift and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive, scheduled, and corrective maintenance on production equipment.
• Diagnose and repair electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, plumbing, and PLC-related problems.
• Overhaul major equipment, rebuild systems, and assist with installations.
• Coordinate repairs with production personnel and outside contractors to minimize downtime.
• Safely operate forklifts and diagnostic tools; document work and equipment status in the CMMS.
• Maintain clean, safe, organized maintenance areas and follow GMP/safety standards.

Industrial Maintenance Technician – 3rd ShiftEAS Direct Hire is seeking an experienced Industrial Maintenance Technician for a high-volume manufacturing facility.
