Job summary

Workstream is seeking a full-time maintenance technician to support multiple locations in Michigan. This role involves performing service calls and preventive maintenance, with a requirement for self-motivation. Some on-call work may be required as part of the duties.

You will be responsible for repairing equipment and building issues, completing work orders promptly, ordering parts, and maintaining a safe workspace. Additional duties may be assigned as needed.

Qualifications

• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Willingness to perform preventive maintenance and respond to service calls.

Responsibilities

• Repair major and minor issues with equipment and buildings
• Complete maintenance and repair work orders, in a timely fashion
• Order and replace broken parts or equipment
• Maintain a clean and a safe work space
• Perform other duties, as assigned
