Job summary

Automation Personnel Services is seeking a Maintenance Technician for a company based in Hutchins, TX. The role focuses on skilled mechanical tasks to install, troubleshoot, repair, and modify equipment and facilities.

Pay rate is $25.00 per hour for 3rd shift, with training on the 1st shift for 5–6 months. This full-time, temp-to-hire position offers weekly pay, 401(k), medical/dental/vision, life and disability insurance, and paid vacation/holidays after service milestones.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Willingness to work outdoors in varying conditions.
• Familiarity with maintenance and repair of equipment.
